We are currently accepting new students, however, class capacity is capped to ensure safety for all students. You must pre-book classes to secure a spot, please do not arrive without booking as we cannot guarantee you a spot. ​

  1. Parent/Guardian must complete a Medical Form for each child prior to arriving for their first session. This is super important so we have all the relevant information we need to keep everyone safe. Please ensure you keep this information up to date and submit a new form should there be any changes. Please notify the coach of any medical issues that may affect your child and where relevant provide medication (eg. inhaler etc) upon arrival. 

  2. Parent/Guardian must attend the gym on their child's first visit to provide permission. All children must be dropped off, signed in and picked up at the reception.

  3. Whilst we would prefer that all students are dropped off and picked up, we understand teenagers are often a little more independent and may wish to arrive/depart the gym without being accompanied by a parent/guardian. In this case, please ensure they have your permission & are familiar with the below guidelines. The will have to sign in and provide an emergency contact number. Parent/Guardian will still have to attend the first session to provide permission to participate. NewLife Gym cannot be responsible for your child on the way to or from class. ​

  4. Book a class either via the Bookings App (preferred method) or via the Booking Online page. 

  5. Please arrive 5 minutes early to class. We have COVID 19 protocols in place to keep everyone safe. These are outlined here. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with them prior to attending. All children must be picked up & dropped off by a parent/guardian. 

  6. Should you wish to cancel or reschedule you can via the Bookings App or by sending us a message via the Chat Box on the bottom right-hand side of this page.
