OUR ETHOS
"When I created NewLife Ladies my goal was to make combat-based sports & fitness options accessible to all women regardless of their previous experience, fitness levels, age, or background.
NewLife Ladies helps to provide women with their own identity within a traditionally male-dominated environment. NewLife Ladies is open to anyone who identifies as female.
Often, our biggest fight is within ourselves. Here at NewLife Ladies, we have a big focus on overall health and well-being as opposed to concentrating solely on aesthetics. Boxing & Kickboxing will make you stronger, fitter & faster - it also helps to shed that extra 10lbs from your mind.
Coach Niamh started out as a complete beginner, with NewLife Ladies a little over 5 years ago. Niamh, like myself, understands that walking through the door can be pretty daunting. Just know, we have been there too. Be confident in contacting us, I and the rest of the team look forward to welcoming you."

Pay As You Go - £7/session (pay online or via cash/card at reception)

Membership - 3 classes/week for £50 per month - this is our most popular option and can be set up here!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED
We have a small selection of gloves to borrow, however, due to COVID, we can no longer provide handwraps to borrow. The average person requires 12oz gloves and 3 meter long wraps. However, everyone is a little different and you may need to go up or down a size. If you would like to fitted for gloves and wraps to buy, we can help with this at reception, where we stock a variety of sizes and brands at different price points. Alternatively, if you would prefer to purchase online and need a little guidance, please pop us a message.
