There is no need to book in advance, you can just drop in. We would ask you to arrive 10 mins early on your first visit as there is a medical questionaire for you to fill in, just so we are aware of any medical issues you may have. We will also show you how to wrap your hands.

No, you do not need to sign up for membership. We have a PAYG option for £6 per session. Alternatively we have 2 membership options available; 4 classes per week for £40 per month or unlimited classes for £60 per month. Memberships run month to month and can be cancelled at any point.

Yes of course, the majority of our members train to solely to keep fit and learn new skills. Although we have a Fight Team we are not your typical 'Fight Gym'. Everyone is welcome here and everyone is equal - no egos - just Martial Arts!

Most of our classes are suitable for all levels of experience and fitness. You can double check the experience level of each class by checking the timetable listed below. You do not need to be fit nor do you need to have trained before. Everyone is welcome! If you are a little nervous or have no previous experience we would always recommend a striking class such as Boxing or Muay Thai to start with.

We have all the kit you need to borrow free of charge. There is no need for you to go out and buy anything.

We train in bare feet or socks, so all you need is comfotable training clothes and refillable water bottle. There is fresh drinking water readily available to refil your bottle at any time.

As you progress you may want to invest in your own gloves, handwraps etc. We stock a wide range of RDX Sports equipment all of which is available to purchase from reception.

Please make sure to book all classes before arriving. Our classes have a maximum capacity to ensure there is ample space & you get plenty of time with our coaches. For striking classes such as Boxing, Muay Thai you will need boxing gloves and hand wraps. We can lend you some for your first visit, just to make sure you like it.

However, due to COVID, we can no longer provide borrowed gloves or hand wraps on a continual basis.

The average person requires 12oz gloves and 3 meter long wraps. Although, everyone is a little different and you may need to go up or down a size. If you would like to be fitted for gloves and wraps, we can help with this at reception, where we stock a variety of sizes and brands at different price points. Alternatively, if you would prefer to purchase online and need a little guidance, please pop us a message.

Ps. Don't worry about footwear as we train in socks or barefooted For grappling classes such as wrestling or jiujitsu you will need a gumshield.
