Service Description
Encompasses all aspects of striking required for MMA. Expect elements of Boxing, Muay Thai and K1 Kickboxing. Some sparring may be included in this class.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Classes can be cancelled up to 4.55 PM same day. Sports Therapy appointments require 24 hours notice for cancellation. Appointments cancelled after this time will be subject to full payment. Intro 2 MMA Course is subject to its own cancellation policy. Please see the course description.
