Service Description

Encompasses all aspects of striking required for MMA. Expect elements of Boxing, Muay Thai and K1 Kickboxing. Some sparring may be included in this class.

Cancellation Policy

Classes can be cancelled up to 4.55 PM same day. No charge. PT, 121 and Small group sessions have 24 hour cancellation policy. Full payment will be due for sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the start time. We will not rebook until this has been settled. Chris Duncan Seminar tickets are non-refundable. In the event you can no longer make it, you can transfer your place to another person with prior arrangement. Please contact us to arrange this. Full refund will be given if we cancel the event.
